How to Make a Purchase:-

Browse through our Footwear/Bag Collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.

Shipping & Handling

Postage and Packing Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are Free of Charge.

Our normal delivery period is 3 to 5 working days. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Please note that we will endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect, however, we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be “box fresh” i.e. they may have been tried on by other customers.

Delivery Schedule

Upon receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.

In the case of orders greater than 1 item goods may be despatched at different times.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will only be made to the cardholders registered address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified before despatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.

Tax Charges

The price is inclusive of any payable VAT in the UK.

Warranties

You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transaction (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box). We will refund the product price, but not the return postage costs. We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

Please ensure your name and address is clearly visible on the return form.

If you require an exchange please give us the full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
