A duo worthy of any red-carpet event is the Lotus Galacia heeled sandal and the coordinating Lotus Zahara handbag.  Diamantes are prevalent on both the squared off toe sandal and the rectangular clutch bag.  Galacia is designed with two wide straps, one sitting across the toes whilst the other entwines up the foot to finish as a slingback, both of which are emblazoned with a multitude of sparkling diamantes.  Not only is the open toe sandal a head turning style, but the incorporation of a discreet elasticated insert on the slingback and a 7cm block heel make this silver heeled sandal exceptionally wearable.

UK Orders

UK standard delivery is charged at £3.95. UK next day delivery is charged at £4.95. Order before 3.30pm to receive your delivery the following day. Orders made after 3.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders are delivered Monday - Friday with the exception on bank holidays.

Returns Policy - UK

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. To initiate a return login to your Lotus account and select the pair/pairs you wish to return and give a reason for return.  Then head to  https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/5857 to create a returns label/QR code. You'll need to provide your Lotus order reference (this starts with LOT) so you can generate a label.  Please note that a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service.

If you used guest checkout, you can use the Royal Mail link to send the item back, please ensure your Lotus order reference (this starts with LOT) is entered when completing the form.

Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
