Packed with functional features and stylish touches, the Lotus Saundra ankle boot is a must-have addition to your wardrobe during the colder wetter months.  This women’s almost flat, lace-up boot is part of the new Lotus range of waterproof boots so it boasts a water repellent upper, a fully waterproof membrane, a bellowed tongue that prevents water ingress from the sides, taped seams that stop water penetrating the stitching and a zip gusset that gives an additional moisture barrier.  Taking styling references from a walking boot, this ladies’ black matt ankle boot encompasses hiker laces, metal eyelets, an external zip, a knitted ankle collar and a cleated sole that offers excellent support and traction.  

UK Orders

UK standard delivery is charged at £3.95. UK next day delivery is charged at £4.95. Order before 3.30pm to receive your delivery the following day. Orders made after 3.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders are delivered Monday - Friday with the exception on bank holidays.

Returns Policy - UK

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. To initiate a return login to your Lotus account and select the pair/pairs you wish to return and give a reason for return.  Then head to  https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/5857 to create a returns label/QR code. You'll need to provide your Lotus order reference (this starts with LOT) so you can generate a label.  Please note that a £3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the Royal Mail returns service.

If you used guest checkout, you can use the Royal Mail link to send the item back, please ensure your Lotus order reference (this starts with LOT) is entered when completing the form.

Alternatively, you can return the items via another courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.

International Orders

Following changes in EU VAT and custom rules we have suspended deliveries into Europe.
